He also works as the Chief Strategy Advisor with the Content Marketing Institute. He specializes in areas such as web content management, digital marketing, social media governance, content strategy, marketing, sales, business development, and more.
Content is kind of everybody’s job and nobody’s job. Everybody’s responsible for content in some fashion, but nobody’s really responsible for it at the strategic level where it could help differentiate the company.
