Regina Lynn Preciado is the Senior Director of Content Strategy at Content Rules, Inc - an organization that services business’s every content need. Regina has over 23 years of experience working in media and content. She started off as a web producer for TechTV in 1999 and, over time, moved on to freelancing and consulting. Regina has guided a versatile clientele - from companies with over 150 years of history to small startups.

Regina joined Content Rules Inc, as a consultant in 2003 and has not looked back since. She is an industry expert on content strategy, management, and development. She is also recognized for her skills as a facilitator and communicator.

She has co-authored a book with Content Rules Founder Val Swisher, called The Personalization Paradox: Why Companies Fail (and How To Succeed) at Delivering Personalized Experiences at Scale.
