Katelyn Bourgoin is The Customer Whisperer. She is also the CEO and Lead Trainer at Customer Camp, a keynote speaker, and a board member at Volta Cohort. 


Katelyn started her 12-year career as a Communications Coordinator (Intern) at Progress Media Group), where she was responsible for PR and Communications for their networking event and awards ceremony.


She then moved on to a branding agency as the Account Coordinator.  After which she started RedRiot - a strategic branding agency specializing in guerilla marketing - which closed down allowing her to focus on her startup. She started Customer Camp in Feb 2019 and hasn't looked back since. 


Through her work, Katelyn helps marketers discover why people buy and work smarter. She helps them understand the customer inside out.
