Jessica Bergmann is the Vice President of Content & Customer Marketing at Salesforce, which offers CRM and Cloud solutions with the best one-stop-shop platform for sales, service, marketing, and more. She has over 20 years of experience in marketing and management.
After serving as an account executive for CoAMS where she led trade promotion management programs for clients like Porsche and Rolex, Jessica moved to Unilever as the online manager handling Dove’s German websites. She was the go-to person for internet agencies in Germany and Europe and managed the local PR and CRM departments.
Over time, Jessica worked in PR and marketing in Germany and the US before moving to tech with Demandware in 2014 as the worldwide marketing content manager. Two years later she joined Salesforce and has been there ever since growing from Senior Manager - Global Brand and Content Marketing to VP of Content and Customer Marketing.

At Salesforce, Jessica is responsible for developing and exciting the company’s global content and social media strategy. Jessica has contributed immensely to content marketing - whether it was her launch of Salesforce+ - the first digital streaming service for business or establishing an original content marketing department at Demandware or even setting up the first global PR and content hub for Dove’s Real Beauty and Dove Self-Esteem Project.
Jessica was named 2021 B2B Content Marketer of the Year by the Content Marketing Institute (CMI), among many others over the years, and will be speaking at Content Marketing World in September 2022.
