Jason Ing is the Chief Marketing Officer at Gusto. With a proven track record of working in branding and marketing for the past 20 years, he is working to create a world where work empowers a better life at Gusto. 


Jason’s career began with being a brand manager at Procter and Gamble where he was responsible for driving top-line growth and market for different brands. He then moved to Microsoft where he handled marketing for XBOX Live and worked on digital marketing and content. Before he joined Gusto, he completed 8 years at Amazon for Prime Video and Amazon Web Services, where he led brand and performance marketing.

Jason is a specialist in driving customer growth, increasing market share, and delivering customer impact. His brand of marketing is a unique blend of creativity and quantitative rigor. 


At Amazon Live, he was part of award-winning campaigns like “AWS is How,” and sports marketing partnerships with the NFL, Bundesliga, F1, PGA, NHL, etc. 


Jason is also an Advisory Board Member at Harvard Business Review, a Judge for Effie Worldwide, and an Admissions Interviewer at the University of Pennsylvania.
