James Gregson is the Brand, Marketing, and Content Creative Director at LEGO. He has over 17 years of experience in marketing. His first role in marketing was with Hill+Knowlton Strategies where he was responsible for developing marketing communications plans for the company’s digital and global campaigns.
Overtime his career grew with every company; he was Vice President-Digital at DKC, Digital & Influencer Marketing Project Lead at Sapient Nitro, Adweek CMO Executive Mentee, and much more. He joined LEGO in 2016 as the Senior Global Team Lead - Digital Consumer Engagement. Four years later he was promoted to Creative Director.

He was a judge for the 2021 Agency Awards for Campaign US and is a contributing member of The CMO Club and a 2022 Creative 100 Honoree at Adweek.
