Pepper Content Inc, a corporation incorporated under the laws of Delaware, having registered office at 1013 Centre Road, Suite 403-B, in the city of Wilmington, county of New Castle, Zip Code 19805-1270, that , together with its subsidiaries, group companies and affiliates, including Pepper Content Global Private Limited (“Pepper Content”, “Company” or “we” or “Us” or “Our”), provides content creation and marketing services through website and mobile applications, and/or other domains or platforms owned and /or operated by the Company, which currently including available at www.peppercontent.in, and www.peppercontent.io and www.peppertype.ai and any other websites and mobile applications, and / or other domains or platforms which may be owned or operated by the Company in future (collectively referred to as “Platform”)

Applicable to customers

We understand that customers (“Customer”, “you”, “your”) may in exceptional circumstances require to withdraw the order placed by them. This Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) regulates the cancellation of orders by the Customer and lays down terms and conditions associated with any such cancellation request.
Any Customer who wishes to avail content creation services shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated in this Policy.

I. Revision Request

I.I Revision in CMP Services

  1. You may request a change in their current Plan of the CMP services by contacting any authorised company representative or by emailing [email protected], or by utilising the modification option provided on the platform.

  2. If the Client decides to make modifications to their Plan, including changes to usage limits, while they are in an existing plan, the changes may or may not take effect immediately, depending on the nature of the requested revision.

  3. If the Client has executed a written contract with the Company, such contract shall supersede the terms of this revision policy.

  4. If the revision involves downgrading the Client's existing payment plan, they will not be entitled to any refund.

  5. If the revision involves upgrading the Client's existing payment plan, they may be required to pay the difference or the full amount for the revision to take effect.

I.II Revision in Content Services

  1. You shall review all Assignment(s) (as defined in the Customer Service Agreement) before Approval (as defined in the Customer Service Agreement), and we shall ensure that the Creator (as defined in the Customer Service Agreement) incorporates all suggestions/ feedback provided by Company(“Revision”). However, Pepper Content shall provide two (2) iterations of revisions at free of costs and Revision request should be made within ten (10) working days of sending the Submission. Such revision request may be made by sending an email on [email protected].

  2. Revision requests made beyond ten (10) working days from the date of Submission, will not be considered to be Revision requests, such requests would be treated as fresh project and separate payments must be made for effecting these changes to the content created.

  3. Revisions will only be made if the Content doesn’t align with the originally shared brief of the Content and the rework instructions/requirements are well within the boundary of the information provided during creation of the Project.

  4. If an article objectively clears every point of the brief initially shared but you request a revision due to some subjective reasons like flow of the assignment, you need to exactly point out and mention in the Revision request, what revision is required and should also be specific with the changes that need to be made.

  5. If there are multiple Assignments in a particular Project, a revision request made for one such Assignment would be deemed to be one iteration. Each Assignment would be handled as an individual unit. We shall not entertain any revision request that entails the reworking of an entire Project based upon your review of one or few Assignments.

II. Payment

  1. Should there be significant revision to the content assignment and under such circumstances if we charge the Customer for additional charges in order to rework the assignment, you shall be paid additional compensation as per the terms agreed upon under the Creator’s Service Agreement or on terms and conditions mutually agreed between you and Creator.

  2. You agree and acknowledge that no additional payment shall be made to you in lieu of reworking the assignment to the specifications mentioned in the initial brief shared by the Customer.

III. Modification / Amendment

Pepper Content reserves the right to modify, amend, alter and/or vary the terms and conditions of this Policy at our sole discretion with or without providing you due notice of the same.

Applicable to creators

We understand that the Creator (“Creator”, “you”, “your”) may wish to cancel/reject an assignment allotted to them by Pepper Content. This Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) lays down terms and conditions associated with cancelling/rejecting/passing of an assignment by any Creator.

Any Creator who chooses to create an account on the Platform and thereby wishes to provide content creation or marketing services to our Customers shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated in this Policy.

I. Revision of Content under Assignment

  1. We reserve the right to demand rework/revision of any and all Assignment submitted by you, provided that such Assignment Submitted by you does not align with the initial brief of the Project issues by the Customer.

  2. You agree and acknowledge to cooperate with us in order to ensure that Assignment of adequate quality is submitted to the Customer.

  3. You agree and acknowledge that every point provided by the Customer in the brief must be incorporated into the final Content under the Assignment. You agree and acknowledge to make best possible efforts to ensure minimal reworking or revision of the Submission.

  4. We also reserve the right to ask for a revision if any Content Article, upon review, falls short on quality and other aspects like grammar, syntax and structure.

  5. In the event a majority of Content produced by you is giving rise to revision requests from the Customer, we reserve the right to take action including, without limitation, changing assignment patterns & review association our association with you.

II. Payments
